SiteWorks offers a continuum of construction management and administration services.  As part of the construction management team, our services begin with the design phase and construction documentation, and continue into construction and post-construction evaluation.  During the construction documentation phase we offer a thorough constructability review of the documents, addressing potential change orders or oversights the contractor could capitalize on.  With founder Annette Wilkus’ design background and implementation knowledge, SiteWorks ensures a well built project that is both true to the design vision, and sensitive and respectful of the Owner’s needs and budget.

Sustainable and maintainable designs are imperative to our professional integrity.  SiteWorks’ staff includes registered Landscape Architects and LEED Accredited Professionals.  Projects we have worked on include the New Native Flora Garden and Brooklyn Botanic Garden, parks such as Teardrop Park in Battery Park City and The High Line in Manhattan (as member of the Construction Management teams), historic preservation/restoration such as Edna St. Vincent Millay’s home-Steepletop in Austerlitz, New York, and river walkways along Lake Michigan and the Mississippi River.
